I am using SERIAL FLASH MEMORY WITH 128Mbit capacity.
While writing it is allowing me to write only up to 256KB ( 0-255KB), Beyond that, it crashes.
If I add a delay of 1ms between two write cycles, I can write up to 16MB. Any idea why this limitation?
During reading, I am not seeing any such issue.
