Hi.
Looking for 1.3V to 1.5V Vout fixed regulators, low dropout, Iout < 10mA; Vin < 10V; preferable TO92; not willing to wait ordering from China, prefer not to overpay in mailing, Prefer non 'Zenerizing' regulation approach.
Any suggestions ?

I have also been looking for a 1.5 volt regulator, but one that can handle up to 1.1 amps, as patr of a poer supply for a surplus radio. So far it seems that a classic linear regulator will be the easy choice.

Sice this is a first stage effort, I have quite a bit of flexibility on the supply to the regulator. The same radio also needs a 6 volt DC supply oof around 100mA, and a 67 volt plus 67 volt stack to provide both 67 and 135 volts. Probably there is a bit of freedom allowed there because the original supply was a battery pack. Worst case I may stick an additional winding on an existing transformer. I have done that before and it can work very well.
