Ok so if most common Doorbell Transformers will be 16 VAC this is what I want to know?
My TownHouse was Built 20 Years Ago and the Ring Video Doorbell was not Out then.
So because all of these TownHouses have a Standard Doorbell and the House was Built 20 Years Ago they would have used a 120 VAC 15 Amp Circuit.
So the Doorbell Transformer would Step Down the 120 VAC to like you Say 16 VAC.
So it the Doorbell Transformer Steps Down the 120 VAC to 16 VAC am I Right it will Step Up the Amps?
And it I am what is it Stepping the Amps Up to?
