Attached Photo-transistor datasheet ,can anyone help what will be the viewing angle ?

 

I expect 180°, the shape will be something like the sine function.

 

I respectfully disagree; this device is designed for incident light on it's face. Light coming from the sides will be "bounced around" due to internal reflectance based on the critical angle of the edges of the device. A "hemispherical" or "domed" device is more appropriate for receiving over a greater angle.

I would say 60 to 90 degrees.
