Video transmit using PWM

Hello,
I think the main problem will be the led driver, as the speed you want to use is very high, but still quite low for the use with a video signal.

15MHz PWM is really used in journey which I read.
I actually have a lot of problems. The this led driver use for both audio and video transmit. I don't under stand effect of two TLV3502 op-amp, mosfet, level shifter. I intend to use TLV3502 for PWM but I don't know how configured for it. I expect output is TTL level. Can you help me? I really need help. Thank you
