I do not know if anybody can help but I will give as mutch info as I can.

I have Win11 DeskTop Computer and Movie Studio 15 to edit and make my videos.

I make a video and on the TimeLine I Right click it and select Seconds so I can see how long in Seconds and Milliseconds the video is.

The Big Counter on the left says the whole thing is 71 Seconds and 132 Milliseconds.

I open up Audacity to make a soundtrack and at the Bottom I click on the Big Time Counter and select Seconds + Milliseconds.

I make the audio 71 Seconds and 132 Milliseconds.

After I save this to DeskTop I import it into my Movie Studio and the Video goes a little bit over.

Is there something I am missing?

What is the framerate of the video?
You can only have times that are multiples of the complete frames.

In Audacity at the Bottom of the screen where the Big Counter is to the Right of it is 2 Counters one ontop of the other.

You enter the Time in here.

I did it and was able to make it what I needed it.
