I have Win 10 and Any Video Converter Free and it works good.

I am going to Convert some video files to MPEG2 but I need to have it as CBR because my Projector plays good with CBR.

How do I do this in Any Video Converter?

I Set the Frame Rate to Auto I Set the Bit Rate to what I want.

I see 1. Pass Encoding or 2. Pass Encoding.

I Set the Format to MPEG2. and then I Set Audio to 44.1 kHz 128 kbps Stereo.

I do not see anything for CBR or VBR can anybody help?

I even looked on google no help.

 

Frame rate should be the same as the source. Choosing the bit rate will probably give you CBR. Audio should be same as source, unless it's incompatible with your projector. The best is to just try it.

 

I do Set a Bit Rate.

I put my Video into MediaInfo and it says Bit Rate Mode = Variable.

Can anybody findout how to do it with Any Video Converter?

Google says I can do it but it does not show how.
