I would like to automatically turn led on (and keep it on) when vibration is detected. Vibration comes from gadget which has vibration motor. How i can do that? Thanks!

Why not just measure the voltage going to the power terminals of the motor? A comparator would work great for that.

You might be able to arrange a wire that would make contact with the rotating part, if it has one.

An accelerometer mounted near the vibration would certainly pick it up. Or even a microphone, I suppose.

Can i use fancy piezo like this and can it be used without Arduino?

Grove - Piezo Vibration Sensor Seeedstudio SEN04031P
http://www.seeedstudio.com/depot/grove-piezo-vibration-sensor-p-1411.html?cPath=25_26

My second choice would be

Piezo Disk Vibration Sensor DFRobot DFR0052
http://www.dfrobot.com/index.php?route=product/product&filter_name=piezo&product_id=399

or

Piezo Vibration Sensor - Small Horizontal Sparkfun SEN-09198
https://www.sparkfun.com/products/9198

or do i need to use just plain element like this:

Piezo Element Sparkfun SEN-10293
