If a silicon varactor exhibits 200pF of capacitance a 0 bias and is in parallel with a 60pF cap of 200pF and a 200mH inductor what is the range of the resonant frequency as the diode varies through reverse bias of 3-15V?

This cannot be answered without knowing what the varactor capacitance is at FULL bias.
