And after you get your effect responses for Watts and distances, then you will ask in how many minutes of exposure does your lamp does this, that and the other ?

Ask the manufacturers of the bulbs brands for their data and cautions and distance and cumulative exposure time and health effects for each kind of skin and color, in high or low humidity environments and all other factors affecting the effects.
None of us here at the forum has a laboratory to analyze for you the effects for that brand or all the brands and types of UV bulbs that may fit/sold in that 'trap' which is not germicidal as titled and their effects nor care for.

ok I understand, I think I'll ask the manufacturer, also because I have pets and children of friends who can approach, I'll inquire

Yes yes I know these are the products I'm looking for, but I would like to know if 10 Watts, what effects do they have at a distance of 1-2 meters, do they tan or damage the skin?
You are not looking for low power bug zapper lights. You want to disinfect things with powerful high frequency ultraviolet energy.
REAL high frequency ultraviolet energy is invisible and damages your skin and eyes. The fluorescent light tubes in the bug zapper produce visible ordinary low frequency white and purple light and probably no high frequency ultraviolet energy.

UV is count any radiation beyound 400 nm. Thus, 380 nm is mostly inactive, 320 nm is bacteriocide but not viracide, 254 nm is alreadu viracide and becteriocide. Germicide have to have just larger dose, and probably even 320 nm is still active enough. The dosage - to kil the wall mould is needed 2 meter distance from 1 kW source for one night. Result - in all the room all paints are discoulored, all textiles pulverized, all bugs killed, mushroom isnt coming back for several years. 1kW 254 nm is street lantern old tipe lamps with quicksilver DRL-800, DRŠ-1000. The outer colb with luminiphore must be accurately crushed let the inner colb stay intact. Exposition for 1 second from 10 m distance causes painful injury of eyesight - be warned, all the on and off switching must be done from distance. There are a plethora of sci articles resesearch about actual effective doseage for many germs, viruses, bacillus including the Covid-19, mechanism of death is fatal chromosome defects (carcinoma) made by radiation. Most of it have to have about several seconds multiply to tens to hundred Watts per square inch, or few Watts all day long. Here are some doseage data: https://uv-light.co.uk/uv-dosage-required-to-kill-microorganisms/

PS.
How do you convert the Natural Background UV Index to W/m2?
UV index is used for daily mean of UV irradiance. If you need a figure in J/m2, multiply the UV index by 0.025 (get W/m2).
UV index is between 3 and 8 at 57 deg paralell (except the thick clouds), and up to 10 at tropics..
