Ask yourself what voltage appears at V+ when Vo is 3.3V. Then ask yourself what happens at V+ when Vo is -3.3V. Those will be your answers.

You have to make a large assumption: What is the Voh and Vol of the opamp when it is powered with +-3.3V? Not all opamps will pull their output pin all the way to +3.3V or -3.3V.

You are correct for a real part. Since he didn't have an actual part number it seemed like the OP was using a simulator, and an ideal part. We have to leave a few surprises for the simulation junkies when they transition to greasy thumb engineering.
