A well-designed motor is quite efficient, with most of the wasted energy being dissipated in the resistance of the windings, and some in the magnetic losses due to eddy-currents in the magnetic material.
There are no significant losses from the "back-EMF" so there is no waste-energy to capture from this.

You are certainly welcome to keep tilting at this windmill but, as also noted by others, success is not likely. :rolleyes:
