how to program atmel microcontroller using usbasp but i want to use arduino IDE to make codes?

Have you read the official page? It says:

Software

• AVRDUDE supports USBasp since version 5.2.
• BASCOM-AVR supports USBasp since version 1.11.9.6.
• Khazama AVR Programmer is a Windows XP/Vista GUI application for USBasp and avrdude.
• eXtreme Burner - AVR is a Windows GUI Software for USBasp based USB AVR programmers.

Which means that most likely you will want to use AvrDude to program it. I suggest making a simple bat file to load the firmware in one click.

 

I haven't used the USBasp but I use a usbtinyisp a lot. The trick to getting this going was to edit the preferences.txt file and then you can use "Shift+Upload" or the "Upload using programmer" option from the menu - see
