We have to keep in mind the objective -- we are supposed to provide the design for an "urgent .... circuit".

I tried Googling for standard urgent .... circuit design examples and couldn't find much.

Since the OP is from India, and the English language is not his first language, perhaps he spelled it all wrong?

What if all he wants to do is to make a small led flasher?
What if "Urgent" supposed to be "emergency"?
That way all he wanted to make was an emergency circuit. A flasher.

 

I thought it was a three output power supply. I think you can get them from Amazon, delivered by a quad copter.
