For not being homework, you sure worded it just like a homework problem.

Since you've already designed this "simple voltage divider ckt", then post your work and we will be happy to comment on it. Otherwise it looks like you are just using the classic worn out tricks countless others have used to get people to unknowingly do their homework for them.

 

Quite a technological leap from being stuck with a simple voltage divider to a building a quad rotor helicopter.

OP please post your PCB & Schematic.
