Would it be possible to upgrade the temperature controller board of a small Thermoelectric Cooler and Warmer?


The current one's temperature tolerance is around 1C and would like to find out if it can be swapped with a higher quality that has a lower tolerance of 0.3C.

Controlling a temperature closer than one degree, or even within one degree, demands proportional control, which is possible with Peltier devices. Without knowing the control scheme used by the controller in question that may not be possible.
Certainly the improvement will not be simple.
