Hello, I would like to know if Uni-t UTD2052CEX+ digital storage oscilloscope is any good for basic electronics ?

Searching on the internet I didn't found very much information about this scope, it looks like a basic one as they said on the Uni-t website.

 

I would bet large sums that it is better for you than nothing if you already have it. If you are asking about purchasing one, then that is another matter. the main website page does not have a price and there is a button labeled "Get a quote". This "suggests" that it may be overpriced. If you are familiar with this product then your mileage may vary. If you are on a budget, check the rental companies for units that are not longer rentable and offer them more than scrap value.

 

It has a price of about 250 USD. I wanted to buy a oscilloscope which is better that Owon SDS1022.

 

50 MHz is bear minimum these days. I would shop around for 100 MHz or even 200 MHz.

It would appear that now the decision is whether to go for 2 channel or 4 channel.

Shop around.

 

Hello. I would like to know what should I choose between the Hantek DSO2000 series and the Uni-t UTD2000CL/CEX+ series digital storage oscilloscope ?
I read that regarding the Hantek DSO2000 series there are problems with the software, but I haven't found information about the Uni-t models.
