I'm doing some research on the RF Exposure SAR levels of different devices. I'm struggling to understand this FCC document to figure out what the RF Exposure SAR level is for the Meta Quest 3: https://fcc.report/FCC-ID/2AGOZ-S3A/6639597.pdf

Page 25 lists three different values, is the first one listed: 1.19 the SAR value to go by?

Can you mention what "SAR" is short for??

 

I would choose the 1.19 'worst case' result. Detail, which should show the antenna position (for the three results) relative to the test head is missing (page 19).
