Hello,Thanks, could you explain what you mean by one of my equations is right.
For drawing 2 of my previous reply and your first post you had this:
"I used an KVL equation : 20V-IB*47000-4700(1IB+100IB)-0.7=0"
That looks right because you subtract all the 'passive' voltages from the 'active' voltage source which follows the rule that "The sum of voltage drops in a series circuit equals zero". You do have to remember though that since you raised all voltage sources by 20v before you started, you'll have to subtract 20v from all result voltages to get the right values for the original circuit.
From your replies i can start to see that it looks like all you need is to do some more examples for circuits like this and you'll catch on quick and see how easy it starts to become. Maybe two or three more circuit problems or something to solve and you'll get the hang of it.
