Download one of the free flight trainers/simulators, many have add on options such as throttle rudder yoke/stick control etc to make it really realistic.

I tend to think if the one by law didn't change their course, it could be a bad day for all involved.
Ships at sea also have navigation rules.
When President Reagan was in NYC to relight the Statue of Liberty, one night during the celebration, the lightship was changing position due to the changing currents in the river. They broadcasted their move and a boater stated there wasn't any law that could make him move. Then another voice came on and stated ... the law of gross tonnage will make you move.

Nah, as an airplane owner for 35years+, I know it is money that makes an airplane fly...
