I have an indoor regulator that I have utilized in the past with an outer power supply on a framework that didn't have a C wire by any means. However, presently I'm attempting to interface it to a framework that has a C wire, yet the voltage is excessively high. The indoor regulator is intended to chip away at 12-24 AC or DC.
