I have lcd 16*2 doesn't show characters clearly. to see it i have to look from sharp angle, i can't see characters when i look perpendicular. what is the problem?

Check the contrast control circuit.

 

You have the contrast (P3) connected to GND instead of a pot.

what is the contrast pin VEE?

 

Exactly that Contrast, requires a 5k pot 0-5v to vary the voltage.
