Unable to read or write on a SD Card-STM32F103RBT6

Hello All,

I am trying to interface my STM32F103RBT6 as a SD Card Reader. The problem is, the system detects the device as an SD Card but does not allow me to access it. It keeps showing me an error( actually 2, kind of alternates between the 2), which I am attaching.. I want to access it and add/delete files/folders. Can someone help me out here???
