I need help about my ultrasonic cleaner circuit design.
The cleaner should have two ultrasonic transducers, with the follow specification:
The 1st: freq 40kHz, 20V, & the 2nd: freq 25kHz, 2,8V.
I thought to use two Colpitts Oscillator circuits for the wave generation.
The control should be either digital (thru microcontroller) or analog (potentiometers or transistors).
The tank size is about 30 cm/11.81 inch X 20 cm/7.87 inch.
Thanks, :).
PS: Both transducers should work at the same time.

I think a simple ultrasonic cleaner works best on a square wave (colpitts is a sine wave - and difficult build at this relatively low frequencies). Any simple astablel multivibrator can be your clock source. I would try a simple NE555 chip or a two-transistor multivibrator as first attempt - with an output stage using a darlington NPN TIP102 or mosfet like irf540.
