Hi,

I want build an ultrasonic cleaner machine with at least 600 Watt, but I`m not an expert in electronics and that´s the reason beacause I need your Help.

The cleaner machine would be able to work with frequencies to 60Khz, in particular i`m interested in 28 Khz, 33 Khz, and 45 Khz.

In internet I found a projecct for a radio transmitter I`m thinking it can be usefull for my project.

The ultrasound-piezo.tranducer have an impedance between 10 and 20 Ohm and 60 Watt.

What have i to modify in the project here below to be able to drive my ultrasound transducers?

To generate ultrasound in the right frequency I will use a DSS function generator to produce a square wave so that it can be amplified.

I thank you if you decide to help me :)

Here are the schematic and the part list:

Hi, maybe i'm missing something, but you say you want 600W but then say transducer is 30W,
Like working with antenna's, ultrasonics, especially when you don't fully understand the principals, is a bit of a black art.
I suggest to avoid disappointment, and possible wasting a lot of time and money, buy one of the ready made modules as advertised on e.bay etc.

If you Google ultrasonic cleaner schematic, you will find a great amount of info regarding home built cleaners.

I will use more 60w transducers.
Unlucky the cleaner with at least 600 w are expensive, and in any case if it`s possible it would be better 1000 w, and obviosly more expensive.

The project is for radioamateur, and sure threre are parts that are unuseful for the cleaner machine, but I don't know exactly which one, and if it´s the case whith what haive I to substitute.
The target is have a part list and a schematic so that i can build alone the cleaner machine, in any case i Know someone who can help me to build it , but he`s not able to help for the schematic. I want go to him with everything ready.
