I'm looking for a U-I converter from 0-10 V on input to 4-20 mA on output. I've already tried to Google it, but haven't found anything promising yet. There are many solutions with OP amp and 500 ohm resistor, but they're only for 1-5 V or 2-10 V inputs. How about 0-10 V? Do you have any simple solutions?

Please define @ 4-20mA 2,3 or 4 wire system.
Do you have a power supply available @ the 10V output device (is 20mA converters input) if so please indicate voltage and current available.

Many single chips can do this for you. The chip selection is depending on above.
