Two BOURNS potentiometers, 2k, 200ohms, in series....

So, if I have two BOURNS potentiometers, 2k, 200ohms, in series....

Both 100ppm/C, then:

Would the ppm double, halve, or remain the same for the combined unit?

(this is for a course/fine adjustment)

If they are being used as potentiometers, then the temperature coefficient will have no effect whatsoever, unless the output current is large enough to heat up one half of the track and not the other.
Only if they are being used as rheostats will the temperature coeffiecient make any difference.
