Im repairing a Lenze VFD Model E82EV113, this has 7 diodes tvs unidireccionals shorted, and i cant find the original parts, also i change a TOP223Y and a Mosfet, but i dont have any voltage in the secundary, so i was thinking in change de TVS for normal diodes to see if works the VFD

TVS diodes are over-voltage protection devices; ordinary diodes aren't.

 

I am sure there are plenty of substitutes for the tvs diodes. Perhaps if you post some photo's of the components someone could assist you in locating some.
