Hello I am trying to model bidirectional TVS diode to understand the junction capacitance change with Voltage in simulink, simulink only has unidirectional model, does anyone have any prior experience with this? Thanks in advance.

Hi yes, I have 1.5KE15CA and I also need to do it in simulinkHi
Do you have a specific TVS diode part number?
Some spice models are available at www.littlefuse.com
Thnx so much, what kind of file is that? I could not openTake a look at this file from @Bordodynov for some hints on how to approach the problem
It discusses the difficulties you may experience with other similar models
It's a schematic file for LTSpice simulator (free download from Analog Devices website) . I'm not sure how you'll translate that to Simulink, though I believe Simulink can use Spice models. I'm a bit rusty on Simulink, it's been a year or more since I used it last.Thnx so much, what kind of file is that? I could not open
You can open it with a text editor like Notepad, Wordpad or other. The spice model for a similar device (.SUBCKT t15ke36c) is inside and you can extract just that part if you wish. There is also some explanatory text on modeling behavior with respect to temperature.Thnx so much, what kind of file is that? I could not open
