I mean to connect my laptop to the transmitter ( any video from YouTube and that this can be seen on the TV SET using the transmitter . Of course it would need an USB cable. I just want to know if it is feasible.
You will need an Analog Composite Video to feed that TV - either through a Coaxial connector or RF.
How do you intend to get the Composite Video?
If the Laptop is old enough, it may have a S video TV out.
If it has a D connector for an external monitor connect, you can use a RGB to TV convertor.
If it has a HDMI output, use a corresponding convertor.

For RF feed, use this https://danyk.cz/tvvys_en.html

I souped-up my 1971 analog color TV and made its CRT image very clear and its audio sound good.
Geeze, that was over 50 years ago.

My new 4k Smart huge flat screen TV shows Chrome-cast from my pc.

Many years ago I modified my first color TV so that it picked up over-the-air Pay Per View movies for free.
It was a challenge to keep up to date with the scrambling improvements they kept making.
A store in my city was raided by the police who confiscated all the descramblers they were selling. I made only one descrambler and did not sell any.

Then it is only larceny, as opposed to grand larceny, I guess.

Larceny is a form of theft. I did not steal anything. They sent the scrambled TV shows to me.
I simply peeked at what they were charging other people to see.
