Can someone help me how to complete the earthing arrangements, with PME systems and PEN conductors also Line and Neutral conductors for TT, TN-S and TN-C-S.

Get hold of a copy of the 'Bible' 'Book on Grounding' by E.C. Soares.
Used by NFPA95 NFPA90 and also used by the Intl. Inst. of Electrical Inspectors.
I picked up a 'new' copy for $1.00 from AbeBooks clearing house.

Whats the typical earth loop impedance for TT, TN-S and TN-C-S system?

What protective device for TN-C-S and a TN-S System and why?

In the UK, Tns is 0.8 ohms, Tncs is 0.35 ohms,TT is upto 200 ohms, protection device is a RCD 30mA trip at 40milli seconds.

BS7671 has all the regulations
