It sure does but the PCB indicates it is a T1 why does it not indicate FB1.

Sometimes reference designators are not .....correct.
It doesn't looks broken. These are very robust devices.
To find an exact replacement you would have to unsolder it and measure the inductance and cross coupling. Physical dimensions will probably be a good way to determine identity.
Well, technically, it is a transformer. Two inductors with mutual inductive coupling. They look like some type of EMI filter to reject common mode signals.
