Has anyone come up with a solution yet? I have the same iVac control with a dead power relay and am attempting to source a replacement. I know this is an old thread but the issue I have is exactly the same.

Had 2 ivac switch failed on me. Finally found this at digikey.ca for 5 cad, it comes with extra pin for grounding. I cut it off, replaced dead power relay, ivac switech is back to life. I found one at digikey.ca for 5 CAD.

 

Thanks for this post Xntl. 6 years later I had this very problem and this gave me a quick solution.
