Hi,
I want to send 3 bytes of data from a PC using a parallel system.
A slave sends a square wave. On the rising edge, the three bytes are sent on 24 pins. The slave will send a clock pulse at ~2 MHz. My data output will be 48 Mbs. I have an older DIO 32HS that may send data at this rate from a PC (They claim ~80Mbs and I assume that is the full 4 bytes). However, it is PCI and I would need to find my last generation PC with a PCI slot. I see STM32 eval boards and the like on the web. My wish is to use Ethernet or USB and send data to a system that can output data on the clock pulse. Arduinos, RPi s are too slow as well as PICs, I believe. Is there some like an eval board that would meet my specifications.
