Yes it does simulate, but it has some interesting properties.

 

It's confusing to see a schematic with a dozen parallel lines shorted together that could be replaced by one wire.

 

The image does not show where power and GND are attached, but it doesn't matter. The image and the schematic do not agree. They do not have the same circuit connections. There are 45 resistors, but only 27 line segments.
