A miniature speed control from a modellers high speeed drill has failed. I suspect the Triac which is marked T835-60B. Its a Dpak (NOT a D2Pak) case. I believe this is a 600v 35ma gate current device from the research ( the voltage makes sense as the tool is rated for 230vAC).
I cannot find any source able to sell me 1 or 2 of these. Can anyone help with where to source or an equivalent which is more commonly available please.
