Hi all,

I'm working on a dimmer switch to be used with a 120v ac to 12v ac transformer. The transformer is dimmable. I'm attaching pics of the circuit diagram I'm using and my breadboarded circuit. The light comes on but doesn't dim at all, any ideas of what is wrong? Is my circuit wired properly matching the diagram?

It looks like you have your electronic transformer connected directly to line and neutral. Have a look at this: http://www.instructables.com/id/Breadboards-for-Beginners/
