Triac dimmer noise help

I made dimmer circuit, used as heating element control, like this one. Also I used
around 35uH choke 16A. When I turned on the circuit this buzzing noise
came from the circuit and the element. So I turned it off, took the choke
off and the noise came only from the element but small noise came from
the circuit. I used radio to listen to statics which came from the control and
it seems that without the choke the static decreased.

Can anyone tell me what I can do? Regulation in my country says I have
to eliminate both RFI and EMI.

Are these typos? C1=150uF x 2 C5-=150uF x 2. Are you sure that's not nF?

For the coil, put a few drops of thick superglue over the windings and spray with accelerator after a while, or use a hot glue gun to keep the windings from moving.

With the inductor removed, you say "The device" is still making noise. Are you referring to electrical noise, or audible noise?

Do you have an oscilloscope?

What is the purpose of the capacitor and resistor bypassing the Triac?

Oops didn't know about the bumping.

Yes thats typo. It should've been 150nf.

thatoneguy, this noise im talking about is electric one, buzz noise.

And the resistor and cap in series is snubber
No I don't have oscilloscope.

It seems I can't get my self clear enough, somehow. :(

When I have all my components on the board a buzz noise is coming from it and the heating element. I took away the L1 and the noise did damp a little bit. So I took away C1 and it's still buzzing. Then again I took the C4 away and yet again the buzzing was coming. So I disconnected C3 and the buzz was STILL on and also when i take C2 but I connected C3 to the board.
I've bought new caps and it's still coming. But here's the thing. Last day I tried polyester cap, like this one, and the buzzing did decreased dramaticly. Why is that happening? I had WIMA MKS4 caps and some other similar.

That's not electrical noise it's mechanical vibration. It's being generated from the high current/fast rise time when the Triac fires.

 vibration.

So I was wrong all the time, spending hours finding out what it is
DAMN!

So what do you suggest? Glue it to damp it?

If you are on a solderless breadboard, the connections can physically move.

If on a PC board, look toward a solid mounting for the inductor and Triac, try touching each component with an insulated (plastic) screwdriver, and listening to the screwdriver stick itself, like a stethoscope, to narrow down the noise source.
