Treadmill MC2100 HorsePower resistor ?

Hope I'm in the right Forum spot for this question ? I harvested some treadmills & I unfortunately didn't label what came with what . I thought I remembered reading somewhere that there is a " Horsepower Resistor " on the MC2100's . I believe its the large rectangle one that is below the large cap in this pic . Does anyone here know of a list that says what resistor goes for which HP motor ?
thanks

No that is just a resistor to drop the DC for some of the logic circuitry.
There was only one model I believe that used that resistor.

Thanks , so it's of to pair a TM motor with a different controller that it came with ? I've been looking on Ebay & Amazon & it doesn't seem that that question has come up .
thanks

You need a compatible controller if mix and matching. There is a processor in the console and the motor board.
It cannot be ran directly off of 240vac, unless specifically designed for that voltage.

Thanks , that's what I was thinking , I salvaged a commercial treadmill . It had a real nice motor , but that only the 2nd one I'd salvaged & wasn't thinking when I tore it apart to grab the top board too . The lower board which I saved is so far away from a MC2100 . I'll probably end up getting a KB or some other controller .
thanks

What do you intend using the board for?
If using it for some other reason, you do not need the console controller, it can be ran with a signal into P4 of HD2.

I guess I should have included more info in my last post . The Treadmill / board is made by Precor . There is no pinout labeling that I have seen on the board & a few calls to Precor got me nowhere with how to use the board . I had some pic's I took but there is too much glare on them , so I'll try to get some better pics in the next day or so . The board is not at my location .

The picture of your board shows what appears to be the typical HD2 socket right at top left.
Pin 4 usually just requires a 20hz PWM signal into this pin to run the board, stand alone.

That pic is when I was asking about a horsepower resistor on a MC2100 . The Precor board is the board that I can't find any info on . I will get some viewable pics of teh Precor board & will start a new thread .
thanks
