Treadmill fuse blows after 30 minutes of use

Have an older Pro Form treadmill we found in the trash. It used to blow a circuit board fuse every few months. Lately it has started to blow the fuse every 30 minutes after use. Everything works find for 30 minutes and then stops. I am now knowledgeable about circuits. Looking for any guidance you have. Thank you!

I attached a picture of the circuit board with the fuse.
