Good day folks, how do i identify the base, collector and emitter pins of a transistor.

Hello,

Take a look at this page of the eBook:

Bertus

If available the datasheet is a good source for that information.

place the transistor on your palm with plane surface towards you then the left most lead will be base the middle will be the collector and the right one will be the emitter, for a japanesse standard bjt.

Thank you so much,i've been trying to figure out this for weeks. Thanks, you're great.

Great thanks to you Super moderator, you're really super. Thanks, for the link.
