tracking system for courier services

    how can I achieve the following:
    1. track a package from courier office to destination using Global Positioning System through Mobile Phone (GSM)

    shipping battary is not allowedd.

    I wish such a device miniaturized and cheap like a few grams...
    nanoprinted on the envelope...

    I suppose regulations vary from one country to another, batteries are shipped every day in the US.
