I'm curious if anyone has any experience tracing circuits in a commercial building. I am looking for a solution to trace lighting circuits without having to go around turning on/off breakers or lights. I also need a solution to trace high-bay fixtures that are not easily accessible. I am unable to physically access some of the fixtures due to their height. Thank you!

 

Look at these line tracers. They have limited range.
Maybe you could connect to one wire at the circuit breaker and put the receiver on a pole to try to find the signal.
Finding a small radiating signal through proper industrial conduits might not work.
