Probably, but you might be a little less humid? My A/C just kicked on for the first time this year. We have 85°F and 53% RH. And yeah, I'm inside on this laptop instead of outside doing chores.

Just about includes every one here north of the 49th. (in winter)
One question I was often asked when I came here, Why did you chose Canada, I had a great well paid job in the UK, a home and family, Just wanted a change.
On an allied note, I have a friend here that was born in the US also had a good job in IT with medical benefits, he emigrated here in 2012, he didn't like the way the US was going as well as some social aspects I won't go into.
He loves it here, and wouldn't go back at all.
The bottom line is there is good and bad everywhere, it all depends on the whole picture and sense of comfort, quality of life of where you live, not just SNOW!
