Think of that city in Massachusetts (or of a familiar Wodehouse character) + 1/2 of a pair of 'scissors' -- Hence, phonetically: woostershearworcestershire
So... what about you, HP ???Re: Pronunciation

Hmm... Now I've got to wonder why 1/2 of a pair of scissors isn't merely a 'scissor'
Yea, ok! I'm starting early this weekend - but there it is
Best regards

Well hey now! -- I've never heard anyone accuse cocktails of being 'health food'!... dear God! ... how's your sodium, btw? ...
There's a corruption of that hereabouts - rejoicing under the name 'Chelata' -- Best not to dwell on it!But who am I to criticize? Ever heard of a Mexican Clamato?
It's called 'Chelada' ... and it's definitely not my cup of tea either ... nor my mug of beer, for that matter... but it's quite popular down here too...There's a corruption of that hereabouts - rejoicing under the name 'Chelata'
Whats HP Sauce? My choice for that description would the be the renown HP sauce since 1895.
Recipe for what?

Tough call. There's another "English sauce" I've encountered that is similar to A1 sauce but milder and less tangy. Now that I think about it, it resembled A1 mixed with WS and then watered down.According to a search using 'cucharada de salsa inglesa' does bring up mostly Worcestershire Sauce, so this may be a Spanish interpretation of "English Sauce".

I'm doing the Gin with a Sprig of Rosemary. The aroma takes the bite out of the Gin, well done @cmartinez .Tough call. I don't think you can go wrong assuming WS. After all, Aleph apparently drinks it diluted only slightly with alcohol. How bad can it be?
