This I think is relevant to the thread:
There was a young girl named Ann Heuser
Who swore that no man could surprise her.
But Pabst took a chance,
Found a Schlitz in her pants,
And now she is sadder Budweiser.

Never apologize for using a cheap multimeter for some work because that's kind of like apologizing for not wearing your wedding suit while painting the ceiling.;)

Ok so I debated on posting this for literally months cuz too many ppl think it's joke b4 they try it:rolleyes:! So here's super simple recipe for awesome drink:cool:!

It's just 8 fluid ounces of chilled Lea and Perrins Worcestershire sauce + 2 fluid ounces of chilled 100 proof vodka! That's it:)! It's good over ice too but u have to drink it b4 it gets too diluted!

But here's important part: Sauce has 2b Lea and Perrins! So I know what ur thinking but more expensive sauce has too much anchovy flavor which makes drink taste like alcoholic bouillabaisse:eek:

So plz don't laugh! Just try it:)!

I think someone once told me about a Bloody Mary with a dash of Lea and Perrins, add a sprig of Parsley. Not sure I'm correct though.

Killivolt _Bloody Mary_ is just seasoned tomato juice and vodka so in that L&P is just like u say seasoning.

So anyhow drink I'm talking abt is just 4 parts Lea and Perrins to one part vodka:)

What's this here sauce?
Are you joking? It's a staple and I can't imagine not having a bottle in the 'fridge at all times.

But I can one-up @Aleph(0) for unbelievable drinks. I think most of us are familiar with this stuff. It's a crucial ingredient in a proper martini and many other drinks:

In all of those classic drinks, it's used at the level of a few drops, no more.

But there's a bar on an island in northern Wisconsin that is famous for being the world's largest outlet for this potent extract. How can that possibly be? Because they drink it straight, by the PINT.

When most people talk about a pint of bitter, they're referring to a beer with a good hops level. Not these hardy folk. Be careful when ordering, because asking for a pint of bitters may get you something that is NOT what you expected!

Did something get lost in translation? Which Lea and Perrins are you talking about?

A standard serving size is 0.2 ounces and contains 65 mg sodium. An 8oz serving is 40x or 2.5 grams sodium (6.5 grams NaCl) in ~300 grams water. You are getting close to seawater salinity by taste (2.2% for your mix vs 3.5% for ocean). Yuk!
