To Get Transformer Discharge In Milliseconds Range?

How to use high voltage pulses from PF capacitor into transformer primary, so as secondary side in microseconds, can be in milliseconds range? Possible Delay line or impressing magnetic field ? Electromagnet from 2008 document says field extends on time of another circuit wire. For another example Horvath Patent says high frequency voltage pulses into primary of laminations low frequency transformer , instead of Ferrite, allows extension of time delay as a positive stretched secondary pulse called critical wave.

Post #1 above is VERY CONFUSING INDEED. First, show us the circuit! My immagination is not good enough to guess it accurately!
NEXT, explain what the intended function will be. THEN describe how the circuit is intended to operate!
I have ZERO mind reading ability, and so the description of what is supposed to happen in the circuit needs to be provided. BUT with the circuit in front of us and a description of how it is supposed to function, at least one of the frequent participants, or maybe me, can derive some suggestions.

Something about discharging a capacitor in a transformer primary and extending the pulse width?\
Is the Hovath Patent for turning water into hydrogen for an engine?

What kind of transformer? Iron core? Ferrite core? They have different characteristics. I don't think an iron core can charge and discharge magnetic energy as fast as you might be hoping for. And yes, there's a ton of missing information in your post.

One more question: WHAT does the TS mean by "PF capacitor"?? In my area of engineering that would be a Power Factor capacitor, used for Power Factor correction purposes. In general, high voltage pulses are the enemy of power factor correction capacitors.
Abbreviations, especially rare ones, are often the enemies of clarity. That is a problem for some of us who are not familiar with current slang terms.

"A fuel supply apparatus generates hydrogen and oxygen by electrolysis of water."
"A pulsed electrical current is provided between the anode and cathode for efficient generation of hydrogen and oxygen."

So far DANKO makes sense! I really doubt that the TS referenced patent is about electrolyzing water for fuel. That does not work BECAUSE fast electrolyzing water also produces steam, which does not burn well in spark ignition types of engines.

AND, please be patient with me BECAUSE I am unable to read other people's minds to understand them. I am forced to depend on the text decription content of thier thoughts and ideas. But I do THAT quite well.

I did once watch electrolyzing water to produce hydrogen and oxygen. It was at a science fair back in 1965. The information that I gained was that it should be done at lower power levels to avoid heating the water into steam. ALSO, it should be done using DC power, because AC power produces both hydrogen and oxygen at both electrodes.
