Hi - I'm new here so forgive me for asking stoopid questions....
I have a control board which I have tested extensively from an IC and electronic components perspetive and can find nothing actually wrong with any onboard components so I'm starting to question if theres a fault with the PIC (TMP87PH00F).....
Here comes the stoopid bit...
Is there a way of connecting to the chip to access the program without spending a whole heck of a lot of cash in the process? eg with an RS232 cable connected to the right set of pins and my serial port on my computer?
Any help would be really appreciated, the board is one of several that have failed and replacement boards are no longer available....
