TMC5160-BOB circuit is not working

Hello guys, I have designed this specific circuit as a project and there is this part of the circuit that drives a NEMA-23 Stepper motor using TMC5160. I have designed it according to the TMC5160-BOB schematic, but it doesn't work in that way. I have checked using a DSO for the possible signals to the motor,(I use the make the motor drive in one direction, so I have pulled the DIR high in the circuit) but everything seems fine. I could possibly use the forum's help to solve this problem. Thanks in advance!
