I dont know what planet your from or what your on about, but i think you will get a better respose if you could speak English instead of Jibberish!

The two-lines indicate the data transition point in the timing diagram. So say for example a 4-bit data set changes from "0101" to "1010" the two-lines would indicate the point, timing-wise with respect to other control and data signals, of the transition from the first data set to the second data set.
